- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges
